Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and account credentials. We also collect usage data such as queries executed, features used, and session duration to improve the Service.
2. AWS Credentials
When you connect a DynamoDB environment, you provide AWS credentials. These credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are used solely to execute queries on your behalf and are never shared with third parties.
3. Query Data
Query results are streamed directly to your browser and are not stored on our servers. Saved query templates (the query structure, not results) are stored to enable sharing and reuse within your team.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the Service, send account-related communications, improve and develop new features, and ensure the security of our platform.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and credentials within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
