1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DinoTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DinoTools provides a web-based interface for querying Amazon DynamoDB databases. The Service allows users to create, save, and share parameterised queries, switch between environments, and export results.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, interfering with the Service's infrastructure, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data and Credentials
You are solely responsible for the AWS credentials you provide to the Service. DinoTools connects to your DynamoDB instances on your behalf. We recommend using read-only IAM roles. DinoTools is not liable for any data loss or unauthorised access resulting from overly permissive credentials.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinoTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
